KVKK Disclosure Notice
This is the disclosure notice regarding the processing of personal data of visitors who contact us or apply for a job through artibirmimarlik.com, prepared under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. Data Controller
Under KVKK No. 6698, your personal data is processed by Artı Bir Mimarlık ("Artı Bir Mimarlık" or "the Company") as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed and Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically and automatically when you fill in the forms on our website.
Contact form
When you fill in the form on our contact page, we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject, message content, and any file you attach to the form (e.g. a project document). To confirm that your message really was sent by you, a one-time verification code is sent to the email address you provided; your message does not reach us until that code is entered.
Career application form
When you apply for a specific position or submit a general application through our careers page, we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the position you applied for, any cover note/message, and your CV file.
Security and bot protection
To prevent forms from being abused by automated software (bots), we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service; as part of this, your IP address and technical data about your browser are evaluated by Cloudflare.
Cookies
We do not use advertising/analytics cookies for visitors to our website. Only a necessary, technical session cookie is used, solely so that authorized staff signed in to the /backoffice management panel can maintain their session.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Evaluating and responding to the requests and messages you send us
- Getting in touch with you and providing the information you requested
- Evaluating your job application and carrying out recruitment processes
- Confirming that form submissions are made by a genuine person and preventing abuse (spam/bots)
- Fulfilling the Company's legal obligations and protecting its rights in any potential disputes
4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:
- Your explicit consent given while filling in the contact and career forms (the KVKK consent checkbox you tick before submitting),
- Direct connection to the establishment or performance of a contract (evaluating your career application, the process preceding an employment contract),
- The data controller's legitimate interest (ensuring form security, preventing bots and abuse).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, strictly limited to the purposes described above, with the suppliers we use — such as our email infrastructure provider used to deliver your message or application to us, and the Cloudflare Turnstile service used for form security. Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing, taking into account the statute-of-limitations periods set out in applicable legislation; once that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Under Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK,
- Request that the above actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of the processed data,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing

8. How to Apply
You can submit requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents proving your identity, by email to [email protected] or in writing to our address above. Your requests will be resolved as soon as possible depending on their nature, and no later than within the legally required periods.
